The 1.0 mm high-quality carbon-steel blade provides excellent force transmission and dimensional stability. Carbon steel is not stainless; clean and lightly oil it after every use to prevent corrosion.
The ergonomic natural wooden handle sits comfortably in the hand and supports precise, fatigue-free work during extended use.
